Echad writes its code and builds its images. What runs at a tenant is what was built, and nothing else.
Supply chain
Software inventory
Every image produced carries the inventory of what it contains. The inventory is published with the image, not after.
Signature
Every image is signed at build time. An unsigned image is not admitted at runtime.
Pinned digests
In production, an image is designated by its digest, never by a moving tag. A tag does not designate content.
Single registry
All images come from the Echad registry, under the project path. No image from a public registry enters production.
Cascading licence model
Echad holds
Code and images are proprietary. Echad masters its software supply chain.
The tenant receives a licence
Tenants receive usage licences, not source code.
The licence cascades
A tenant may serve its own customers under a derived licence, bounded by its own.
Certifications
Publication status
No certification is displayed until it is obtained. Processes are under way; this page will be updated once a body has issued an attestation, with its scope and date.
